30-Day Returns

Try it for 30 days from the day it arrives. If it isn't right for you, send it back for a full refund of the purchase price.

You don't have to keep it unused. You can't tell whether a leg rest works for you without actually using it, so go ahead — use it, sit with it, take it to the bathroom. That's the point.

How to start a return: email support@amputiease.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll send return instructions.

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the leg rest arrived damaged or faulty — in that case we cover it and send a replacement at no charge.

Damage after delivery. If it arrives damaged or faulty, send a photo to support@amputiease.com and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, your choice, and we cover the shipping. Damage caused after it reaches you — a drop, a hot vehicle, ordinary wear — isn't covered by the refund.

Refunds are for the purchase price of the leg rest. Original shipping isn't refunded. Money goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the leg rest arriving back with us.

Made to order, and still returnable. Every leg rest is printed in the color you chose. We could use that as a reason not to accept returns. We don't.
